Join us every other Tuesday for about 45 minutes as we discuss stress and health. This workshop will offer information that will help you, your family, and friends get well faster, stay well longer, and spend less money on health care.
During each workshop we will teach patients and friends an exercise to help minimize or buffer the effects of stress on their bodies. This is a workshop that is best attended by a person and a partner. The reason for this is we will show you and your partner a quick 3-5 minute pressure point therapy that will help increase energy and reduce the effects of stress on the body. This will require touching points that cannot all be reached by yourself. In turn the person who comes with you will also learn this and have the therapy done on them as well.
